Happy Aloha Friday from our studio dogs, Cooper (2yrs) and Kea (12yrs, note the eyeglasses)! 
Some of us have been studying very hard during quarantine and now we are ready to go back to work much smarter (and apparently, somewhat more serious).

This is Ashley & Gracie

Ashley and her 4 year old pup, Gracie, are best buddies and running partners. They spend every moment on Maui they can together and support each other in good times and in challenging time. Happy go lucky, social, silly, Gracie is always ready for an adventure. One of the things that Ashley loves about Gracie is that she is incredibly sweet and helps her to focus on what is important. Seeing her giant ear to ear smile is also one of Ashley's favorite things about her fur baby. 

We scheduled a photo session on Maui with them when they were both at their best on one of their favorite beaches and had a great time capturing their relationship. The two of them are totally in sync just a couple. It's awesome!

OK as you can probably tell, we had a blast making portraits of French Bulldog Mother & Daughter duo, Makena and Wailea. They clearly enjoyed their Sandy Paws Studio Session. Makena is more refined as the mother and her daughter, Wailea, is a total ham in front of the camera. We can’t wait to make more portraits of these two!

Hoku’s owner brought her into the studio so we could make some beautiful portraits of her. Hoku is a chocolate harlequin Great Dane. She is stunning. And she’s BIG! You have to own a truck or very large SUV to transport a dog this size. She is just a love and was so well behaved in the studio. What a joy to be able to make portraits of Hoku!
