Congratulations to our Maui senior portrait client and a member of the class of 2022 from Hawaiʻi Technology Academy, Tommy Musto, for receiving a scholarship from the Josh and Souk Jerman Foundation! He is an avid soccer player and a top student athlete! We had so much fun photographing him at the beach with his soccer ball (which was hard for him to put down - LOL). He is a natural in front of the camera and totally laid back and funny. I am excited to see what he does in the future. Congratulations on your scholarship! Way to go, Tommy!

The Pondelik family joined us again on Maui for family portraits and this time they wore totally colorful Lily Pulitzer dresses which made my day. The colors looked amazing with the background and also fit the fun, perpetually positive, loving, laughing family to a tee. It's always wonderful to see the little ones growing up and meeting new family members (like their youngest daughter) who were born after our last session. What a joy it is to have such amazing clients who return to us year after year and ask us to capture their joy together in Maui beach portraits during their vacation. What a wonderful way to celebrate family. Welcome back Pondelik family!

Once in a while a client comes along that really makes an impression and brings a whole new meaning to a portrait session. Class of 2020 member, Grace Devane, from Seabury Hall was certainly one them.

Grace is absolutely gorgeous inside and out and was incredibly humble about her talent both academically and athletically. With a gentle smile and quiet confidence, Grace not only excels academically as a straight A student, she is a rock star of a rhythmic gymnast. When we did her sunset senior portraits on the beach on Maui, she truly showed off her mad skills. She is headed off to Southern California for college and wants to pursue a degree in Education to teach elementary and 1st grade. There will be some lucky students, for sure, to have Grace as their teacher. 

To all the members of the Class of 2020 - We are all so proud of you then and now! We can't wait to see what you do!
