Enhanced Health & Safety Protocols at Aubrey Hord Photography

The health & safety of our clients and employees is extremely important.  We follow U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and State of Hawaii Department of Health guidelines in our daily operations.  The protocols below are in place to minimize health risks. Our goal is to provide a safe and enjoyable photo session for our clients.

In-Studio

1)   High touch areas (i.e. light switches, door knobs, table tops, art work samples, furniture, etc.) are disinfected before and after each client visit.

2)   Camera and related gear are disinfected for each session.

3)   Only the person/people being photographed may enter the studio.

4)   Clients need to wear a mask to enter and depart studio.

5)   Photographer will wear a mask during studio visit.

6)   Social distancing will be practiced.

7)   If client feels ill prior to photo session, their appointment will be rescheduled.

8)   If client uses the common building restroom, guests are required to wash hands prior to returning to the studio.

9) If the Client hires Hair and/or Make Up services, both Client and Hair/Make-Up vendor are required to wash hands (or use hand sanitizer) and wear face mask as much as possible. This service may not be an option until approved by state and local govt..

On-Location

1)   Please follow CDC & DOH guidelines of wearing a face mask until we arrive at the session location.

2)   During the session, please have family member hold your mask.

3)   We will practice social distancing during the session.
