We had an especially adventurous Maui senior portrait session with Will, a self-confessed gym rat and future men's fitness clothing designer, who wanted to do something bit unique for his senior photos.

We were blessed with an epic Maui sunset and some fun backlit waves smashing in the background for him. Thanks of being willing to go the extra mile for creativity, Will!

It’s Senior Portrait Season all year long on Maui! 

Spring Break brought a lot of graduating seniors to the island from the mainland as usual and we are always happy to create a unique look for their senior pictures that their friends most likely will not have. 

Rachel looked absolutely gorgeous and colorful for her Maui senior portraits on the beach at sunrise and sunset. We had two beautiful days of weather and Mother Nature gifted us with low winds and plenty of sunshine. Rachel chose outfits that matched her personality as well as a gorgeous flower crown (haku lei) that accented her look. Rachel’s mom was her “pit crew” and helping her change outfits throughout the two photo sessions on the beach. Since she booked two senior portrait sessions on different days and times, we had multiple backgrounds and two different styles of lighting between morning and sunset to create more variety. We use top of the line equipment and professional lighting to make our clients look polished and at their best. Her custom senior portrait album is going to look AMAZING!

Hudson is a golfer. It is what he absolutely loves to do whenever he has the chance. When his mom hired us to create his senior portraits on Maui, that was one of the first things she asked us to capture. We were granted permission from his favorite golf course in Kihei and set a date to photograph him in his element. We scheduled a second photo session at one of Maui's beautiful beaches so we could create some Maui senior portraits of him with his beautiful Koa wood guitar.

Hudson is just incredible. To me, he is the sort of son, student and client that we would all love to have. He is a top student as well as a musician and athlete, so it is always impressive to me when a teenager is able to juggle that many things successfully, always with a smile. He is a member of the Class of 2020 from Maui's Seabury Hall. He is off to Oregon State University (OSU) for college in the honors program and we are thrilled for him! We know when he comes back to visit the island his parents will be happy to showcase the wallpaper of him they hung all over the house in his absence featuring his senior portraits. They call it the "Hudson Shrine". Haha!
